Trauma expert and trauma coach Rianne van Kuil is the founder of Discover Your Holy Grail<\/strong>. It all began 10 years ago with Rianne\u2019s desire to write a simple book about trauma and healing<\/strong>, inspired by her own life story and healing journey, as well as the extensive scientific theory on trauma processing<\/strong> she had gathered over the years. <\/p>

On January 9, 2024, her book titled *Discover Your Holy Grail<\/em>: Your Hero\u2019s Journey from Trauma to Healing* and <\/em>the accompanying workbook were published. It marked the beginning of a movement that is now spreading like wildfire. Its powerful core message: \u201cYou didn\u2019t enter this life with trauma, so you don\u2019t have to leave it with it either.\u201d<\/span> <\/p>

In addition to books, there are now also events focused on trauma healing<\/strong>, such as a three-day healing retreat<\/a> and a healing year<\/a>. There is a weekly podcast<\/a> that has now been downloaded more than 200,000 times, and there are articles<\/a> by Rianne on various topics related to trauma<\/a>, healing<\/a>, and mental health<\/a>. , Trauma Coach and Healing Expert Rianne van Kuil<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Rianne van Kuil (born 1981) is a trauma and healing expert and trauma coach.<\/strong> Her passion lies in guiding people in group settings. Rianne is also the founder of the Discover Your Holy Grail method\u2014a self-help method that gently guides you on the path from trauma to healing. Rianne developed this method based on scientific research, her own life experiences, and the stories she hears in her practice. <\/p>

Rianne grew up in an unsafe home and experienced sexual abuse outside the family at a young age. Over the course of her life, the traumas piled up until she sought help. From that moment on, her own healing journey began, and she learned that she could heal herself completely from trauma. <\/p>

She also discovered that there are virtually no books written in simple language about the complete healing of trauma. And so she made it her mission to write one. This resulted in Discover Your Holy Grail<\/em><\/a>. In this endeavor, she received years of support from her partner\u2014Siem Stevens\u2014who is now involved in healing work in many other areas. <\/p>

Rianne specializes in helping people understand which unresolved pain, trauma, or fear from the past underlies their behavior and patterns in daily life. By bringing this to the surface in understandable language and providing practical tools, clients and participants transform their lives from one that is unhappy, restless, or unfree, into a life that is free, connected, and secure in the present moment.<\/span> <\/p>

In her work, Rianne makes extensive use of meditation, visualization, exercises, constellations, talk therapy, and (scientifically proven and effective) bodywork. <\/p>

Rianne completed the university-level program in Traumatic Stress Studies<\/strong> at the internationally renowned PESI, an American-certified and accredited training provider in the field of mental health.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
