Chapter 1. General <\/b><\/p>\n


<\/b><\/p>\n

Article 1. Definitions<\/b>1. In these general terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:*services: all products and services provided by the contractor to the client, including coaching, (online) training(s) and other forms of guidance or advice, as well as all other work of any nature performed on behalf of the client within the framework of an assignment, including work not performed at the client\u2019s express request.* Client: the person, company, or organization that places the order for the services and\/or, if applicable, the person participating in a guidance program in the field of coaching, training, or related services.<\/p>\n

* Consumer: the person, company, or organization that orders and pays for a physical product on www.ontdekjeheiligegraal.com.*Services: the services that Ontdek je Heilige Graal \/ Wildflower Media performs on behalf of the client;* training course: the training courses offered by Rianne van Kuil \/ Wildflower Media under the Ontdek je Heilige Graal brand, which the client can order and take via the website;* (digital) product: the (digital) product, such as books, e-books, or prints, offered by Discover Your Holy Grail \/ Wildflower Media and which the client\/consumer can order via the website;* website: the website www.ontdekjeheiligegraal.com managed by Wildflower Media.* contractor: Wildflower Media, Chamber of Commerce no.: 09170726, which applies these general terms and conditions for the provision of services.<\/p>\n

Article 2. Applicability of these Terms and Conditions<\/b>1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements under which the contractor offers or provides services. Deviations from  <\/span>These terms and conditions are valid only if they are expressly stated in writing <\/span>agreed.
<\/span>2. Not only the contractor, but also all persons or companies involved in the <\/span>any party involved in the performance of an assignment for the client may, in this <\/span>invoke the terms and conditions.
<\/span>3. These terms and conditions also apply to additional orders and <\/span>follow-up orders from the client.
<\/span>4. Any purchasing terms and conditions or other general terms and conditions of the client are not <\/span>apply, unless the contractor has expressly waived them in writing <\/span>accepted.
<\/span>5. If there is any uncertainty regarding the interpretation of one or more provisions <\/span>If there is any ambiguity in these general terms and conditions, they must be interpreted \u201cin accordance with their spirit\u201d <\/span>of these provisions.
<\/span>6. If a situation arises between the parties that is not covered by these general <\/span>if the conditions are met, this situation must be assessed in accordance with the spirit <\/span>of these terms and conditions.

Article 3. Quotations<\/b>1. Quotations provided by the Contractor are non-binding; they are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. The contractor is only bound by a quotation if the client\u2019s acceptance thereof is confirmed in writing within 30 days without reservation or modification, including a written confirmation of acceptance of these general terms and conditions.2. The prices in the quotations are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.3. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client to the contractor  information. The Contractor may rely on the accuracy of this information and shall base its offer <\/span>on it.<\/span>4. The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the quotation by <\/span>the client as referred to in the last sentence of <\/span>Article 3, paragraph 1. Furthermore, the agreement is concluded if the contractor <\/span>agreement made between the client and the contractor in writing or if the <\/span>Contractor commences the work commissioned by the Client via the <\/span>order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 4. Performance of the Agreement<\/b>1. A binding agreement in accordance with Article 3 entails a best-efforts obligation for the Contractorand explicitly does not entail an obligation to achieve a specific result. The contractor isobligated to perform the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability in accordance with the requirementsof good workmanship.2. If and to the extent that proper performance of the agreement so requires,the contractor has the right to have certain work performed by third parties.3. The contractor reserves the right to have work performed by third partiesif the consultant, trainer, orcoach specified in the agreement is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.4. The client shall ensure that all information which the contractorindicates is necessary, or which the client should reasonablyunderstand to be necessary for the performance of theagreement, is provided to the contractor in a timely manner. If the information required for theperformance of the agreement is not provided to the contractor in a timely manner, the contractor has the right to suspend the performance of the agreementand to charge the client for the additional costs reasonably incurred as a result of the delay.5. The contractor is not liable for damage of any kind resulting from the contractor having relied on incorrect and\/orincomplete information provided by the client. <\/p>\n

Article 5. Term of the Agreement and Termination<\/b><\/b><\/span>1. The agreement terminates upon delivery of the service and once both <\/span>parties have fulfilled all obligations arising from the agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 6. Amendment of the Agreement<\/b>1. If, during the performance of the agreement, it becomes apparent that it is necessary for properperformance to modify or supplement the work to be performed, the parties shall amend the agreement accordingly in a timely manner and by mutual agreement.2. If the parties agree to amend or supplement the agreement,this may affect the date of completion of the work.The contractor shall notify the client of this as soon as possible.3. If an amendment or addition to the agreement has financial and\/or qualitativeconsequences, the contractor shall inform the client of this in advance.4. If a fixed fee has been agreed upon, the contractor shall indicateto what extent the amendment or addition to the agreement results in an excess of thisfee, after which the client is obligated to pay the amendedfee.<\/p>\n

Article 7. Confidentiality<\/b>1. The parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information they have obtained from each otherin connection with their agreement. Information is deemed confidential bya priori if the other party has designated it as such or if thisarises from the nature of the information. <\/p>\n

Article 8. Payment<\/b>1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the contractor\u2019s fee consists of a predetermined fixed amount per service rendered and\/or may be calculated on the basis of hourly or daily rates.2. All fees are exclusive of government levies such as value-added tax (, VAT) and exclusive of travel and other expenses incurred on behalf of the client made, including but not limited to invoices for the <\/span>third parties engaged under the agreement.
<\/span>3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made within 8 <\/span>days after the invoice date, unless otherwise specified, to an account designated by the contractor <\/span>in the manner specified and in the currency in which the invoice is issued. Payment will be made  <\/span>without any deduction, set-off, or suspension for any reason whatsoever.
<\/span>4. If the client fails to pay the amounts due by the due date <\/span>has paid, the contractor is entitled to all items intended for the client <\/span>to suspend the work to be performed with immediate effect, without him <\/span>for which it may be held liable to the client in any way.
<\/span>5. If the client fails to pay the amounts due by the due date <\/span>has paid, the contractor will issue a notice of default, and the client will<\/span>be given another opportunity to pay the invoice within 8 days of the <\/span>pay by the due date, failing which the contractor shall be in default. In such a case  <\/span>the contractor is entitled to terminate the agreement immediately, without <\/span>any liability toward the client. The client is then liable for  <\/span>the damages incurred by the contractor.
<\/span>6. If it is agreed that the client may pay in installments <\/span>paid, the full amount must be paid before the halfway point of the training <\/span>fulfilled unless otherwise agreed.
<\/span>7. In the event of a failure to pay, the client shall also be liable for late payment interest <\/span>interest on the outstanding claims at the statutory rate.
<\/span>8. In the event of the client\u2019s liquidation, bankruptcy, or suspension of payments <\/span>the contractor\u2019s claims against the client shall become immediately due and payable <\/span>and, in addition, the contractor shall be entitled to terminate the agreement with <\/span>terminate the contract with immediate effect, without any liability toward <\/span>client.
<\/span>9. Payments made by the client shall always be applied first to settle <\/span>first, all interest and costs due; second, any amounts due and payable <\/span>invoices that have been outstanding the longest, even if the client states that the <\/span>payment relates to a later invoice.
<\/span>10. The Contractor is entitled to request payment prior to commencing work <\/span>(or equivalent security), such as, but not limited to, a <\/span>advance payment to be made by the client. 
<\/span>11. If there are multiple clients, each client is liable to <\/span>the contractor is jointly and severally liable for payment of the total invoice amount <\/span>in the event that the work was performed for all of these clients.

<\/span>Article 9. Collection Costs<\/b><\/span>1. In the event that the client is in default, the contractor is entitled to collect its claim through <\/span>collect through legal proceedings. In that case, the client is liable, in addition to the  <\/span>the principal amount and interest due, as well as all reasonable expenses incurred <\/span>to reimburse judicial and extrajudicial costs. The Contractor may only be held financially liable by the Clientfor property damage and\/or personal injury suffered by the Client during a coaching session at a location provided bythe Contractor if such damageis attributable to an act or omission on the part of the Contractor. The contractorshall never be liable for the loss or damage of property ifthis is not attributable to the contractor.3. In the event that the contractor can be held liable in accordance with Article10.2, the contractor\u2019s liability (including any employees,partners, and persons with whom the contractor has entered into a partnership), due to an attributable failure to perform theagreement, or a tort, or based on any other legal ground,limited to compensating only the client\u2019s direct damages\u2014which expressly excludes immaterial damages and\/or business interruption, includingloss of profits\u2014limited to the amount  the Contractor\u2019s professional liability insurer has paid out in that regard <\/span>amount, plus the deductible under that insurance policy.
<\/span>4. If, for any reason, no insurance benefit is paid, the <\/span>the contractor\u2019s liability to the client is limited to the fee <\/span>of the assignment to which the liability relates and in the event that, in court <\/span>does not hold up, then the contractor\u2019s maximum liability is limited <\/span>up to \u20ac5,000.
<\/span>5. The Contractor shall in no event be liable to the Client if the resulting <\/span>the damage results from an act or omission or negligence on the part of the client <\/span>or if the client fails to follow the contractor\u2019s instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 11. Cancellation\/Termination of the Agreement<\/b>For courses, training sessions, or coaching programs1. The Contractor has the right, without providing a reason, to cancel a course, training session,coachingor coaching program without giving a reason, or to refuse a client\u2019s participation or to refuse the participant designated by the client, inwhich cases the client is entitled to a refund of the full amount paid byto the contractor.2. The client of a course, training, guidance, or coaching program hasthe right to cancel participation in or the assignment for a course, training, guidance, orcoaching program in writing. It is the responsibility ofthe client to ensure that the written notice has actually been received by the contractor at.3. Cancellation of the assignment by the client may be made free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to the startof the course, training, guidance, or coaching program, unlessthe contractor has incurred costs for the assignment that he can no longercancel free of charge. In such a case, the client is obligated to pay (a portionof) these costs.4. In the event of cancellation between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the start of the course,training, guidance, or coaching program, the contractor is entitled to charge 50% ofthe amount agreed upon in the contract, and in the event of cancellationwithin 2 weeks, the full amount. In both cases, the client is obligated to  as well as the costs incurred by the contractor in connection with the assignment, which he <\/span>can no longer recover from the third party or parties in question. 
<\/span>5. In the event that the client or the participant designated by the client <\/span>after the start of the course, training, guidance, or coaching program, participation <\/span>terminates the contract prematurely or otherwise fails to participate in it, the client <\/span>No refund will be given for any parts of the course or training that were not attended, <\/span>counseling or coaching program, unless the specific circumstances of the case, <\/span>in the contractor\u2019s opinion, can be justified otherwise.
<\/span>5. An individual counseling or coaching session is not available free of charge <\/span>cancelled or rescheduled, unless the contractor agrees to this. In the event of cancellation or  <\/span>In the event of a change of location, the contractor is entitled to the full agreed rate <\/span>charge a minimum of 80 euros for the consultation. If the  <\/span>the client or the designated participant does not attend the scheduled meeting <\/span>the same rates apply.
<\/span>6. If one of the parties materially fails to fulfill its obligations <\/span>and, after being expressly reminded of this by the other party, failed to fulfill this obligation <\/span>if the other party fails to perform within a reasonable period of time, the other party is entitled to <\/span>terminate the agreement without the terminating party having to notify the defaulting party <\/span>no compensation is due. The services provided up to the date of termination are  <\/span>paid in the agreed manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 12. Impossibility of Performance<\/b>1. If one of the parties is affected by a situation of force majeure, it shall immediately notify the other party thereof. The parties shall consultto attempt to reach a reasonable solution.2. The Contractor has the right to suspend the agreed-upon workif, due to circumstances beyond its control or of which itwas not aware or could not have been aware at the time the agreement was concluded, it is temporarily preventedfrom fulfilling its obligations.3. Strikes and work stoppages, weather conditions, theft, or the loss of materials in any manner are in any case circumstances as referred to in the previous paragraph.4. If performance becomes permanently impossible, the agreement may be  terminated to the extent that it has not yet been performed. In that case, the Client has <\/span>not entitled to compensation for any damages suffered as a result of the termination.<\/span><\/p>\n

Workshops (weekend or week-long courses)If you participate in a workshop (weekend or week-long course) offered by Ontdek je Heilige Graal,, the cancellation policy described in Article 11 applies.If participants decide to voluntarily withdraw, they are entitled toa refund of up to a portion of the participation fees owed.<\/p>\n

Article 13. Dispute Resolution<\/b>1. All agreements between the contractor and the client are governed by Dutchlaw;2. Disputes arising from agreements to which these terms and conditions ofapply shall be submitted to the competent court of thedistrict in which the contractor is established.<\/p>\n

CHAPTER 2: TRAINING AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS<\/b><\/p>\n

Article 1 Product Specifications and Errors<\/b>1. The essential characteristics of the courses and (digital) products offered by Ontdek jeHeilige Graal are described on the website.2. Ontdek je Heilige Graal cannot be held liable for any clerical or typographical errors on thewebsite.3. The range of (online) products and\/or services offered on the websiteis subject to change.<\/p>\n

Article 2 Terms of Use<\/b>1. When using the website, the client must act in accordance within a manner that may reasonably be expected of a responsible and prudent internet user.<\/p>\n

2. The client is not permitted to circumvent or hack the security applications on the website at.3. The client is not permitted to use the website atin such a way that it impairs the proper functioning of the computer systems of Ontdek je HeiligeGraal or third parties, or that it hinders or obstructs other users of thewebsite.<\/p>\n

Article 3. Formation of the Agreement<\/b>1 The agreement is formed after the client has successfully completed the ordering process via thewebsite.2. The agreement can only be formed via the website after the client has clickedto indicate that they agree to these terms and conditions.3. After the agreement has been concluded via the website, WildflowerPublishing (part of Wildflower Media) and\/or Wildflower Media will send aconfirmation email to the client. If the client has not received a confirmation email at, the client must contactto reach out to Ontdek je Heilige Graal or Wildflower Media. <\/p>\n

Article 4. Right of Withdrawal<\/b>1. Insofar as the training course and the digital products involve items with digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the ordered training course or the ordered digital product, provided that the delivery of the training course and\/or the digital product has commenced with the client\u2019s express prior consent and the client has declared that he thereby waives his right of withdrawal.2. If the client has not given explicit consent for the commencement of the delivery of the training course and\/or the digital product and the client has not waived their right of withdrawal, Wildflower Media will not proceed with the delivery of the training or the digital product until the 14-day cancellation period has expired.3. Where physical products are concerned, the right of withdrawal applies. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must notify Wildflower Media within the 14-day  within the cooling-off period by sending an email to the help desk requesting cancellation or <\/span>another clear way to discover your Holy Grail and\/or Wildflower Media.
<\/span>4. The consumer must do this as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day following <\/span>the notification referred to in paragraph 3 by returning the product or handing it over to (a <\/span>authorized representative of) Ontdek je Heilige Graal and\/or Wildflower Media. This is not necessary if  <\/span>Discover your Holy Grail, and\/or Wildflower Media has offered to deliver the product itself <\/span>return. The consumer is deemed to have complied with the return period in any case if he  <\/span>returns the product before the cooling-off period has expired.

The consumer must return the product with all accessories provided, if reasonably <\/span>possibly in its original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the instructions provided by the seller <\/span>reasonable and clear instructions. <\/span>6. The risk and burden of proof regarding the proper and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal <\/span>is up to the consumer.
<\/span>7. The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. 3. Discover your Holy Grail \/ Wildflower Media uses the same method for refunds <\/span>the payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to a <\/span>alternative method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Section 5. Training and Account
<\/b><\/span>1. The course is available through Discover Your Holy Grail \/ Wildflower Media <\/span>set. The client can access the training through their account on Discover Your Holy Grail  <\/span>follow.
<\/span>2. Depending on the course or program you have purchased, the entire content is available all at once <\/span>are available or are delivered in small batches.
<\/span>3. The client is responsible for their account on the website at all times <\/span>www.ontdekjeheiligegraal.com, and login credentials. The client must  <\/span>to keep their login credentials strictly confidential and not to disclose them under any <\/span>disclose the case to third parties. 3. The customer can pay for orders placed via the website using the following <\/span>methods: via iDeal, credit card, and Apple Pay.|<\/span>4.
