Healing isn\u2019t something you do alone. That\u2019s why we\u2019re launching the fourth \u201cDiscover Your Holy Grail\u201d Healing Year on September 11. From September through June, you\u2019ll embark on your personal healing journey alongside other heroes and heroines, uncovering old pain and breaking unhealthy patterns. Together, you\u2019ll explore all kinds of themes related to your healing process, such as: How do I set healthy boundaries? How do I connect with myself, my pain, and others? Where am I in the survival system? How do I break free from my unhealthy patterns, addictions, or habits? How do I rise above my fears? Who am I, really? Or: how do I let go of (old) pain? <\/span><\/p>

For a whole year, you\u2019ll immerse yourself in a safe group of people who want the same thing you do: healing and breaking free from unhealthy patterns.<\/strong> It is precisely through the power of the group that you\u2019ll find your process (finally!) making great strides forward.<\/p>

What to expect.<\/strong><\/h3>

We meet once a month (in person or online). We’re kicking off a full day of live coverage on September 11.<\/span> That\u2019s where you\u2019ll meet your fellow students for the first time, have a full day of classes, do (body-oriented, sensory, and thematic) exercises, and be paired with someone you\u2019ll be spending time with for the next year. Read on to find out what that\u2019s like. <\/p>

After two weeks, you\u2019ll have your first (online) one-on-one session with Rianne to firmly establish your healing goal and work together to identify what\u2019s standing in the way of achieving it. This gives you a huge boost at the start of your journey, because just two weeks later, you\u2019ll meet everyone again live in the first (extra-long) online session\u2014so, fully equipped with new insights and tools, you\u2019ll have kicked off your year. <\/p>

We\u2019ll meet in person again on December 4; the third in-person session will be on April 4, 2027; and on June 25\u2014at the end of your healing year\u2014there will be another full in-person session. In the months in between, we\u2019ll meet online once a month, from 7:30 p.m. to about 9:30 p.m. These sessions will be recorded (for the private group only), so if you\u2019re ever unable to attend, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to watch the session later. This is done via a replay link that is shared temporarily within the group only, ensuring optimal security for everyone present during the recording. Throughout the year, you\u2019ll also receive two complimentary online training sessions. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Throughout the year, we explore various themes related to your healing journey, drawing on the theory from *Discover Your Holy Grail*\u2014the books and podcasts. This will provide you with insights and many practical tools to actively heal in: <\/p>
