What is the structure of the training?
Starting from the date of purchase, you’ll receive two years of access to your personal online learning environment. No one else can see it but you. Starting from the moment of purchase, you’ll find a new video and an exercise every week, so you can get started right away with your topics.
The videos are about 30–45 minutes long and include a substantive session and often a (short) meditation or visualization.

After watching the video, you’ll complete a personal assignment that you’ll find in your online learning environment. This assignment will immediately give you insight into where your traumas originated, whether you have a secure or insecure attachment, which needs in your life haven’t been met, and how you’ve been conditioned. The assignments help you explore very specifically what your history is and how it influences your life today. And they provide you with many strategies and tools to heal from early childhood trauma in a very hands-on, step-by-step way.

Trauma coach and expert by experience Rianne van Kuil
Rianne is a trauma coach, but she also has personal experience with trauma. In her own life, she has dealt with early childhood trauma in various ways. For example, her parents were unable to provide her with sufficient emotional and psychological security, she was bullied at school for a long time, and she experienced sexual abuse as a child.
In her young adult life, this manifested itself, for example, in an extreme need to please others, frequent dissociation, and a constant drive to work hard.
